Scarlett is the Head of Programmes at Maritime UK and is leading on the Maritime Skills Commission. Working in the maritime sector follows her role as a Parliamentary Assistant, where she ran an MP's office in the House of Commons. With a passion for driving change and fostering inclusivity, Scarlett’s remains committed to advancing and advocating for a talented and diverse workforce in every part of the maritime sector.
