Debbie Black

Debbie has run her own legal practice for 16 year and is a solicitor with 30 plus years' litigation experience. She has significant expertise in setting up interview protocols, interviewing and appointing employees. Her feedback on a successful  recruitment process is that it's 75% in the preparation and process and 25% luck in getting a good fit for any role.
