Solent LEP Growth Hub

The Solent LEP is closely monitoring the developing COVID-19 situation. Their priority is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff, clients and other business contacts, as well as continuing to deliver services.

In line with HM Government's advice, all team members are now working remotely and this approach will ensure business continuity. In addition to closing the office, they have stopped all non-essential travel and have reduced the number of face-to-face meetings and all business support will be delivered remotely in the coming weeks.

Business Resilience

The Solent LEP has launched a new Business Resilience Programme in partnership with leading accountants and business advisers, BDO. By taking take part in this programme you receive 12 hours of fully-funded one-to-one support that will help you identify critical issues, and suggested actions for building up resilience.

Additional support

We are currently working with partners across the area to put in place a number of additional support mechanisms, including;

  • Support to provide businesses with the infrastructure to continue business remotely
  • A free online diagnostic tool to review the current business position and identify tactics for building greater resilience
  • Online masterclasses and resources in relation to access to finance, developing e-commerce offers and actions to support your response in relation to COVID-19.
