The 2021 Maritime Masters Finalist Reception will take place on Thursday 21 October from 14:00 – 16:00. The event is the fourth iteration of the Maritime Masters programme, where finalists from each of the nine participating universities will be presenting their research to an industry audience and where one will be named the winner through a public vote.

The students will have exactly five minutes each to give the audience and a panel of industry experts a brief introduction and overview of their research. Once all presentations have concluded, the audience will be able to vote for their favourite research through the online platform and a winner will be announced shortly thereafter.

The Maritime Masters programme is run by Maritime UK and sponsored by Royal HaksoningDHV, Clarksons Platou and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. 

Student presentations will be held between 14:00 - 16:45. A drinks reception will be held from 16:45 - 17:30.
